PPC Agency Sydney
What we do

PPC & Google Ads Management, Sydney

Few auctions in the country are as crowded as Sydney’s, and a sloppy account gets found out here faster than anywhere else. So we take the whole thing on. The platform a lot of people still call AdWords, rebuilt from the ground up, adjusted week by week, pointed at a page written for the search rather than a homepage, with conversion tracking that actually fires. One flat $750+GST per month, never a percentage of your budget. As a Sydney Google Ads agency we run Search, Shopping and Performance Max, and the number we report on is enquiries: a call, a form submission or a phone-link tap. Clicks are traffic. Enquiries are the job.

Search campaigns

Somebody in the CBD, out at Parramatta or up on the Northern Beaches types the exact thing you sell, and a very short list of businesses gets the call. Search is how you get onto that list today rather than in 6 months. Sharp keyword-to-ad relevance, backed by a Google Business Profile that looks alive, regularly outperforms far bigger names on local paid terms, so we build narrow and deliberate instead of wide and hopeful.

Shopping & Performance Max

Products sell when the picture, the price and the buyer show up in the same moment, which is what Shopping and Performance Max are built for. An ecommerce account we manage returned 3.01x ROAS, a 301% return on ad spend, across a 30-day window.

Landing pages & conversion tracking

Winning the click is the cheap half. The page decides whether it turns into anything, so we build one for every service you advertise and track what happens after the visit. For a South Australian roofing account we manage, the roof-replacement page converted at 31.13% and enquiries came in at $75.79, because that page answered one question instead of listing everything the business does.

How the account is run

Enquiries are the only score we keep

Geography before anything else. Sydney sprawls, and the far edges of it have very little to do with each other. Paying for clicks from suburbs you would never quote in is the quickest way to make a budget look ineffective, so we pin the campaigns to the areas your buyers genuinely sit in and switch the rest off.

Click costs get quoted live, not promised. What a click costs moves with the trade, the wording of the search and whoever decided to bid harder this week. We pull the current figures for your own keywords at the free review, rather than waving a flattering number around to win the work.

An enquiry means someone contacted you. On a South Australian roofing account we manage, spending roughly $230 a day, gutter-replacement enquiries came in at $55.31 on a 30.00% conversion rate and roof-replacement enquiries at $75.79 on 31.13%, between October 2025 and July 2026. A conversion there is a call or a form, never a click that looked promising.

Frequently asked questions

Sydney is an expensive market. Can a smaller business still compete on Google Ads?
Yes, but not by copying what the big advertisers do. Small budgets win by going narrow: fewer keywords, tighter suburbs, a page built for the exact search. Broad campaigns are what quietly drain a modest budget in a competitive city. At the free review we pull the live numbers on your keywords and tell you honestly whether the maths works before you spend anything.
What does the $750+GST actually buy, and where does the ad spend sit?
The $750+GST a month is the management fee, flat, never a slice of your budget. What you spend on the ads themselves is billed by Google, in an account registered to your business. Most businesses find around $1,500/mo of ad spend is a sensible place to begin, and we work out the right figure with you rather than handing you one.
How hard is it to leave?
Not hard at all, because there is nothing to get out of. Management is month to month with no lock-in period. The Google Ads account is in your name from day one, so the campaigns, keyword data, negatives and conversion history stay with you whatever happens next.
