Google Ads results from the accounts we run

Start with the part most agency case-study pages leave out. None of the accounts below trades in Sydney or anywhere in New South Wales yet, so each is labelled by the market it genuinely operates in. Everything else is straight out of a live Google Ads account we log into every week. Where you read conversion, read tracked enquiry: a phone call, a completed form, or a tap on a phone link. It never means a booked job, a sale or a dollar banked, because only the client can tell you what happened after the phone rang.

Case study 1 · Trades

An Adelaide plumbing & gas business

Adelaide, not Sydney. Worth saying plainly, because a plumber quoting jobs from Penrith to Manly deserves to know whose numbers are on the screen. This business had worked through 5 agencies in 10 years and was worn out by reports that explained everything except where the work came from. Enquiries from Google climbed from 13 a month to 41 a month, and the 41 landed in month 4. The budget stayed where it was. The campaigns changed: rebuilt around the searches that end with someone picking up the phone, not around activity that fills a slide.

Case study 2 · Landing pages

A South Australian roofing client

South Australia again, not Sydney. This roofing and guttering account runs at about $230 a day, tracked from October 2025 to July 2026. Instead of funnelling every click into a single crowded services page, each of the 2 advertised services got its own landing page, with the ads written to match what that page promises. Both search campaigns hold a conversion rate above 30%, and the cost of getting each enquiry stays low for work priced like a full roof or a whole-house gutter run.

Gutter replacement page

Once more, a conversion here is a call, a form submission or a phone-link tap, never an assumed job. Holding both campaigns above 30% on a real daily spend, month after month, is what a page does when it answers the exact thing the searcher typed.

Case study 3 · Ecommerce

An ecommerce account we manage

Store owners rarely ask about clicks. They ask what came back. Over the 30 days to 21 July 2026, this ecommerce account we run returned 3.01x ROAS, a 301% return: A$8,637.93 of spend against A$25,977.17 in tracked conversion value from 274.20 conversions. Shopping and Performance Max carry that kind of load once the product feed is clean and the account is structured so budget follows the products that actually move.

Each figure belongs to the account it is attributed to, nothing pooled or rounded up. Where a dashboard or landing page appears on this site, it is a genuine export from that account rather than a mock-up or a stock template.
